First Winter Ride BACHLEDKA
First Winter Ride BACHLEDKA is the event with which the year-round mountain Resort BACHLEDKA officially opens the winter ski season. This day is the perfect combination of active sports, family fun, great music and a magical winter atmosphere right on the snow-covered ridge of the Spišská Magura.
The event is designed to appeal to professional and recreational skiers, families with children and groups of friends looking for quality après-ski entertainment.
What makes First Winter Ride BACHLEDKA unique?
- Sport and timed training sessions: The winter season opens with sport! An essential part of the day is the first official turns and timed training sessions on the professional slopes at the National Training Centre for Pupils - Malá Franková. These races provide fair conditions and motivation for pupil and junior categories as well as young skiing talents.
- Lighting up Winter Wonderland BACHLEDKA: As evening approaches, the sporting atmosphere transforms into a fairy tale. The traditional highlight of the programme is the ceremonial lighting of the iconic Treetop Walk, which, thanks to thousands of lights, transforms into a magical winter landscape with unforgettable views of the Belianske Tatras.
- Music, parties and après-ski: A proper dose of energy is part of the celebration of the start of winter. The slopes and the accessible Panorama Restaurant regularly come alive with musical performances, concerts by well-known artists, themed parties with DJs and an entertaining programme hosted by an MC.
- Seasonal innovations unveiled: First Winter Ride is the moment when the Resort fully presents visitors with its improvements for the upcoming winter season.
