Did you know you can ride down Bachledka not only on skis but also on a sledge? Our sledding run leads from the top of Spišská Magura, from the ski school, all the way to the car park in Bachledova dolina. It is 2.5 km long with a pleasant gradient – enough to keep you moving, but not so steep that you pick up too much speed. It leads through a beautiful forest, and from several spots you can enjoy views of the Belianske Tatras and the houses in the valley. The run depends on natural snow, so it only operates when there is enough of it. Every morning our staff test the run and assess its condition. You can always check online whether the sledding run is currently open or closed. The run is served by the gondola lift from Bachledova dolina and its opening hours follow the opening hours of the resort.

From 26 December 2025 to 7 March 2026, Bachledka Magic Land is open regularly. Every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday during the operation of Bachledka Magic Land, the popular Evening Sledding is also open to make your evening in the mountains even more special.

You can rent a sledge at Gorgy's ski school at the top of Spišská Magura. Combine sledding with a visit to the Treetop Walk, or buy a separate sledding ticket and enjoy as many runs as you like!

The sledding run is not lit along its entire length – only the sections with bends are lit. The number of head torches is limited, so we recommend that visitors bring their own. Head torches are only lent together with rented sledges; visitors with their own sledges are not entitled to borrow a head torch.
