A trip for senior citizens’ clubs
Are you thinking about where to go on a trip with your friends from the senior citizens’ club so that everyone can enjoy it comfortably? BACHLEDKA will be an excellent choice for you. You can decide for yourselves how physically demanding the trip will be.
Treetop Walk
The Treetop Walk itself is a very interesting attraction offering beautiful views of the Tatras and Zamagurie as well as views of the surrounding nature from a bird’s-eye perspective. It is fully barrier-free along its entire length. Visitors with limited mobility can even use wheelchairs free of charge.
You can comfortably reach the summit of Spišská Magura by the 10-seater Cable car Bachledka from Bachledova dolina. Those who are physically fit can embark on a 6.5 km-long educational trail to Lake Jezersko or climb Spišská Magura and reach the observation tower on foot (2.6 km uphill with an elevation gain of 300 m).
Practical information
You do not need to book your trip in advance. You can quickly purchase tickets at the ticket offices right by the boarding station of the 10-seater Cable car Bachledka. If you are interested in guide services or meals, order them 7 days in advance by email at info@bachledka.sk or by phone at +421 911 977 455.
How do you get here?
If you arrive by your own bus, it will take you right to the boarding station of the cable car. Bus parking costs 10 euros/day. If you prefer public transport, head to Poprad-Tatry railway station, from where you can reach Bachledova dolina by bus services in the direction of Ždiar. Get off at the Bachledova dolina-Rázcestie stop, which is located approximately 1 km from the boarding station of the cable car.
When should you come?
Bachledka is a beautiful destination for a trip in every season. We recommend that groups visit in spring or autumn during the week, when there are fewer tourists at the Resort and you can enjoy your trip even more.
