The mountain area surrounding the year-round family mountain resort BACHLEDKA offers ideal conditions for active relaxation in the saddle. Cyclists can discover the beauty of the Belianske Tatras, the Spišská Magura ridge, the distinctive Zamagurie region and the traditional village of Ždiar. Up to 150 kilometres of revitalised and signposted cycling routes, perfectly connecting untouched nature with local culture and Goral architecture.
E-bike facilities and a network of charging stations
The Resort fully supports eco-friendly and comfortable cycling on e-bikes. Guests staying at Bachledka Apartments, Panorama Apartments and SKI Jezersko Guesthouse can rent e-bikes directly on site.
For a trouble-free journey and maximum comfort, the region has a strategic network of 10 charging stations, where cyclists can safely recharge their batteries, carry out minor repairs and take a break with refreshments:
Top-quality equipment: The stations are compatible with all types of e-bikes. They feature integrated connectors (2x Bosch, 2x Bafang, 1x Shimano), a standard socket (230 V / 10 A) for your own charger, a USB port for charging accessories, an air compressor with a pressure gauge, a set of bike tools and a touchscreen information panel.
Station locations: Directly at the BACHLEDKA Resort (below the Treetop Walk), Ždiar (Strachan Guesthouse), Tatranská Kotlina (Furman Restaurant), Mlynčeky (sports complex), Spišská Belá (pond), Červený Kláštor (Pltník Guesthouse) and Lesnica (Pieniny chalet).
Solar shelters: At more remote locations – in Hanušovské sedlo and Magurské sedlo – fully self-sufficient solar shelters have been installed, confirming the eco-friendly approach of the Resort and the region.
Family-friendly and leisure routes
For family trips and recreational cyclists, routes with gentler profiles and interesting stops are ready to explore:
Family leisure cycling route (40 km, elevation gain 510 m): An easy, predominantly asphalt route ideal for a full-day trip. It connects the Resort with Tatranská Kotlina (home to the famous Belianska Cave) and the town of Spišská Belá with the historic Strážky Manor House.
Family forest cycling route (20 km, elevation gain 550 m): A moderately challenging route with a predominantly forest surface. It offers beautiful views from the Spišská Magura ridge and runs below the Belianske Tatras through Ždiar (Strednica area) all the way to Monkova dolina.
Challenges for advanced and demanding cyclists
For fitter cyclists looking for a greater physical challenge and longer distances, attractive routes across Zamagurie and the Pieniny are ready to explore:
Magura cycling route (30.1 km, elevation gain 700 m): A moderately challenging, predominantly forest route. From Bachledka, it leads over the Magura ridge directly to the distinctive village of Osturňa (a heritage reserve of folk architecture) and Veľká Franková, with a pleasant return through the forest.
Dunajec cycling route (56 km, elevation gain 1,200 m): A difficult, circular, mixed-surface route (forest and asphalt) for experienced cyclists. The reward for the climbs is panoramic views, a ride to the Dunajec River with traditional rafts and a visit to the museum in Červený Kláštor.

Why is cycling ideal for groups?
Guided e-bike tours: Discover local cycling routes without getting lost or dealing with unnecessary stress. For corporate teams and organised groups, we offer e-bike tours with an experienced local guide who will adapt the route, pace and difficulty precisely to the requirements and fitness level of your group.
Hassle-free e-bike rental: Don't have your own bikes? No problem. Directly at the Resort, we can arrange convenient rental of modern electric bikes for your group, including accessories.
Fitness is no longer an obstacle: Thanks to the assistance of the electric motor, physical differences between team members are levelled out. This means active athletes and colleagues who do not cycle regularly can fully enjoy the mountain terrain and a shared trip. Everyone can tackle the climbs with a smile.
Comfortable start by cable car: To save your energy for exploring the ridge, a 10-person cable car will comfortably and quickly take you and your bikes to the start of the routes directly from Bachledova dolina.
Tailor-made packages: We do not use one-size-fits-all templates for corporate clients and larger organised groups, but prepare tailor-made offers. We can flexibly combine your cycling trip with other experiences at the Resort – for example, a shared lunch on the sunny terrace of the stylish Panorama Restaurant, a walk along the Treetop Walk or a ride down the longest Bobsleigh track in the Tatras.
