Panorama Restaurant
Modern and stylish PANORAMA BACHLEDKA Restaurant is situated directly on the ridge of Spišská Magura in the year-round family mountain Resort BACHLEDKA. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the Treetop Walk and Forest Kingdom, right next to the cable car’s upper station. Thoughtfully integrated into nature, it offers one of the most beautiful views of the Belianske Tatras massif, right from your table or the spacious terrace.
Local cuisine from the Ždiar and Zamagurie regions
The restaurant operates without table service (self-service free-flow system), ensuring smooth service even during busy mountain days. The kitchen prides itself on freshness and quality ingredients from the immediate surroundings:
- Generous capacity: The restaurant has a maximum capacity of 250 seats in the interior and an additional 350 seats on the outdoor sun terrace.
- Menu and ingredients: The menu is inspired by specialities from Ždiar and Zamagurie. It uses beef from its own farm, dairy products from sheep and cows raised at mountain farms, fresh forest fruits and local herbs.
- Après SKI PANORAMA: The complex also includes a separate café with a bar and terrace. It offers craft beer, excellent coffee, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as tasty snacks.
- Grill bar PANORAMA: It is located directly on the sunny terrace of the PANORAMA Restaurant and offers grilled specialities during the summer season.

Nature is the main inspiration behind the entire building, reflected in the use of local wood and folk patterns. Along the corridors, visitors can learn about the rich history of the Gorals. The PANORAMA Restaurant has been designed with maximum consideration for the comfort of all groups:
- 100% wheelchair accessible: The entire building is accessible to prams and wheelchairs, with the most convenient access provided by the cable car from Bachledova Valley.
- Baby-friendly standard: In addition to a nature-inspired children’s corner, parents will find high chairs, changing tables, special child safety seats in the toilets and helpful staff who will heat up baby food on request.
Ecology and sustainable tourism
The year-round family mountain Resort BACHLEDKA meets the highest ecological standards, making the PANORAMA Restaurant a model example of green infrastructure in the mountains:
- Energy efficiency: The building uses state-of-the-art insulation, and the heat generated during cooling is reused for heating (heat recovery).
- Saving water and paper: The toilets are equipped with water-saving taps, waterless urinals and powerful hand dryers (eliminating the need for paper towels).
- Zero waste and local sourcing: The restaurant does not use single-use plastics or plastic straws. Takeaway drinks are served in eco-friendly paper cups, providing a sustainable alternative to plastic. Waste is carefully sorted, and the restaurant works exclusively with local suppliers to reduce the carbon footprint of transport.
Conferences, teambuilding events and weddings in the clouds
The unique location and access by cable car make the PANORAMA Restaurant an exclusive venue for corporate and private events:
- Conferences and training sessions: A dedicated conference room with a capacity of 50 people (theatre-style seating) is available and equipped with complete technical facilities (TV, projector, screen, sound system, flipchart, Wi-Fi). Full catering or a coffee break can also be arranged for events.
- Corporate days and teambuilding events: We can flexibly tailor the entire programme for your team exactly according to your requirements. This allows you to ideally combine your work programme with sports (ski races, mountain cart rides, hiking). If required, the Resort can arrange a barbecue with Goral music or various tastings.
- Weddings and celebrations: For an unforgettable wedding or celebration in the mountains, a venue with a dance floor and seating for 150 guests. A wedding menu prepared by the head chef, night-time guest transfers by minibus and an exclusive apartment for the newlyweds right among the treetops are available.
Unique architecture hidden in the heart of nature
PANORAMA Bachledka is the work of the renowned architectural Compass studio. It was designed to blend into nature without disturbing the magnificent view of the Belianske Tatras, which opens up to visitors from the summit of Spišská Magura . Instead of designing a multi-storey building, the architects decided to hide the structure in the slope, cover it with a green walkable roof and design it so ingeniously that visitors can enjoy views of the Tatra landscape from every spot in the restaurant and café.

In addition to the Panorama Restaurant, BACHLEDKA offers a network of additional food and beverage outlets:
- Year-round operations: Café with a confectionery on the pedestrian zone by the cable car boarding station (coffee, homemade cakes, breakfast for guests staying at the Resort and ice cream in summer).
- Summer operations: A forest bar located directly inside the paid Forest Kingdom children’s playground.
- Winter operations: A network of modernised bistros and après-ski bars right by the slopes and lifts – Bistro Furmanec (by the boarding station of the 6-seater chairlift from Malá Franková), Bistro Jezersko (by the boarding station of the 4-seater chairlift from Jezersko), La Gamba Restaurant (directly on the Bachledka I slope) and Après SKI Hniezdo (by the exit station of the Cable car Bachledka).
