1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute terms and conditions within the meaning of Article 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services. The customer is the recipient of the service and the Seller is the provider of the service within the meaning of the aforementioned Act. The Seller provides electronic services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

1.2. The agreement between the customer and the Seller is concluded at the moment the online payment is made (after receipt of the payment confirmation from the bank), following which a transaction confirmation will be sent to the customer’s email address. The electronic ticket serves as proof of purchase.

1.3. The customer is obliged to pay the total price stated in the online sales panel for the order (the prices of the individual items in the order are added together – the total price is displayed before the customer confirms the order).

1.4. Payment for the Order may only be made via the payment page to which the Customer will be redirected immediately after submitting the Order. Online payments are processed via the "PayPro S.A" website.

1.5. The subject matter of contracts concluded remotely is exclusively the goods available in the sales panel (ski passes or cards) and the insurance specified in Clause 11 and subsequent clauses of the Terms and Conditions for the Use of the Tatry Super Ski ski pass. In addition, ski passes (including special discounts) are sold exclusively at ticket offices.

1.6. The Seller has the contractual right to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely within fourteen days of its conclusion. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract in cases stipulated by law, taking into account the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

1.7. The information provided on the website www.tatrysuperski.pl and in the online sales panel, in particular notices, advertisements, price lists and other information, constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code. The above information does not constitute an offer for sale within the meaning of Article 543 of the Civil Code.

1.8. All information, data and materials made available on the website www.tatrysuperski.pl (including, but not limited to, names, logos, the price list, as well as the graphics, colours and layout of the website) and any other intellectual property rights related to the content of this website, including, but not limited to, works and trademark rights, belong to the Seller or entities with which the Seller has concluded relevant agreements and are protected by copyright, industrial property rights, database rights or other intellectual property rights.

1.9. The Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on the website www.tatrysuperski.pl, which enables their content to be obtained, reproduced and stored.

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SKI PASS SALES, METHOD AND DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT

2.1. An Order may be placed using the functions of the ski pass online sales system (this system may require the Customer to register or log in before placing an Order, which will be indicated by the messages displayed).

2.2. The Customer places an Order by selecting the type and quantity of the goods (daily ski passes, hourly ski passes or cards, including insurance) available in the sales panel and then completing the technical steps based on the messages or information displayed on the panel page, with the aim of concluding a contract with the Seller. An Order may be placed after reading and accepting the Terms and Conditions.

2.3. The Customer is obliged to provide all data necessary for placing and processing the Order (performance of the contract). The obligation to provide this data has been appropriately indicated in the online ski pass sales system (by means of relevant messages). The Customer is responsible for the correctness and accuracy of the data provided (in particular, the e-mail address to which the electronic ticket and insurance certificate will be sent after payment of the Order) and bears sole responsibility for the consequences of failing to fulfil this obligation.

2.4. Payment for the Order may only be made via the payment page to which the Customer will be redirected immediately after submitting the Order (after clicking the “Pay now” button or a button with the same wording). When the Order is placed, the goods specified in the Order are also reserved. Online payments are made via the “PayPro S.A.” service within 10 minutes of being redirected to the “PayPro S.A.” service page. By paying the full price of the Order within this period, a contract with the Seller is concluded, as a result of which the Customer receives an Electronic Ticket from the Seller in a message confirming that the payment has been made. If payment is not made within this period, the Customer will receive a message stating that the Order has been cancelled (or equivalent wording), which means that the ordered goods (ski passes or cards) have been returned to the pool of available goods (constituting rejection of the Customer’s offer). In such a case, resubmitting the Order requires repeating the Order creation process based on the goods available in the sales panel and their prices valid at the time the new Order is placed.

2.5. The Customer’s submission of an Order constitutes an offer submitted to the Seller. When the Customer pays the full price of the Order on time via the “PayPro S.A.” service, as specified in the preceding paragraph, the Seller accepts the Customer’s offer (the moment the contract is concluded).

2.6. Until the payment deadline for the Order expires, the Customer may withdraw from the Order placed, for example by failing to pay for it, without incurring any costs in connection with this.

2.7. The Seller will inform the Customer of the gross price of the goods (including VAT). The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of the goods available for sale in the sales panel on an ongoing basis, in particular in the event of incorrect price information or a change in the applicable price of the relevant goods, and to launch and cancel any type of promotional offer, informing customers of this in advance on the website tatrysuperski.pl and stating the end date of the promotional offer.

2.8. A Customer who does not have their own medium may order a medium—a card—and the price of the Order will then be increased by the card deposit specified in the sales panel. Such a card constitutes a separate item in the sales panel; however, it may also constitute a combined item with a ski pass in the sales panel (if this is indicated for the relevant item in the sales panel). If a phone is selected as the medium, no additional fee will be charged.

3. DELIVERY COSTS. CARD COLLECTION. COLLECTION OF THE TATRY SUPER SKI SKI PASS

3.1. Due to the nature of the services provided by the Seller, the Electronic Ticket is sent in electronic form to the Customer’s e-mail address immediately after the full payment for the Order has been credited. In such a case, the Customer does not bear any delivery costs.

3.2. In the case of an order for a card or a ski pass together with a card, they may only be collected at all ski resorts that are operating at the time of collection, at specially designated ticket offices or specially designated machines, if available at those ski resorts. Cards are not sent to the Customer’s address. When collecting the item, you must prove your entitlement to receive the subject of the Order by presenting the Electronic Ticket.

4. TOPPING UP THE MEDIUM

4.1. A Customer who owns a medium – card may assign a ski pass to their existing card by entering the card's serial number when placing the order, in accordance with the instructions displayed on the sales panel. When purchasing a ski pass for the specified card, the validity of the ski pass will be extended to correspond to the selected ski pass.

4.2. A Customer using a medium – phone may, at their own discretion, purchase an additional ski pass and assign it to their phone in the application (topping up the medium), or purchase a new ski pass and assign it to another phone. When making a purchase, follow the instructions displayed in the application.

4.3. The validity period of a ski pass for a specific winter season on a topped-up medium - card is subject to the general rules for the validity period of a ski pass set out in paragraph 4. Definitions, with the exception that:

a) the validity period of a ski pass (hourly, daily) begins when the topped-up medium - card is activated (within the scope of the ski pass topped up on it);

b) if a previous ski pass is still valid on the topped-up medium - card, the validity period of the topped-up ski pass is calculated only from the date on which the validity of the ski pass previously recorded on the medium expires;

c) as with the purchase of a new ski pass, the topped-up medium - card may only be activated at the stations at Hale Gąsienicowej and Goryczkowej after prior activation at any other ski resort.

Example:

A Customer with a 4-hour ski pass active until 13:00 on a given day tops up their medium - card with a 2-day ski pass. If, on the same day after 13:00, they tap the medium against the reader at the gate at any ski resort, the next ski pass will become valid (the 2-day ski pass will be activated).

PLEASE NOTE: To avoid the situation described above, hourly entitlements should be purchased thoughtfully. The situations described above do not occur when purchasing and topping up daily ski passes, or when using the lifts in the Kasprowy Wierch area (in order to use ski passes, it is first necessary to make at least one passage at the station specified in Appendix 2, point I.2, to activate the ski pass)

5. INVOICES

5.1. The Customer may request the issuance of an invoice within the period specified by law by requesting it from the Seller (the Seller's customer service) under the conditions specified by law.

5.2. The Customer agrees to the use of electronic invoices and requests that they be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.

5.3. The Customer is entitled to collect the invoice at the customer service centre, provided that they prove that they are authorised to collect the invoice, taking into account the provision of the preceding paragraph.

5.4. The refundable deposit for the Card is not stated on the invoice.

6. COMPLAINTS

6.1. The Customer has the right to submit a complaint. Proof of purchase is required to make a complaint.

6.2. A complaint must be reported to the Seller's customer service by sending an e-mail to: karnety@bialkatatrzanska.pl or in writing to: Ośrodek Narciarski Kotelnica Białczańska sp. z o.o., ul. Środkowa 181b, 34-405 Białka Tatrzańska, marked "complaint", or in another manner prescribed by law.

6.3. In the complaint, the Customer must provide the following information: first name and surname, order number, description of the complaint, and the request addressed to the Company.

6.4. Information about the handling of the complaint will be communicated to the complainant in the same manner in which the complaint was submitted. If the complaint is upheld, the Seller will comply with the complainant's request in accordance with their rights.

6.5. The Seller will respond to the complaint within fourteen days of its submission.

6.6. Each complaint is handled in accordance with the law.

6.7. The above provision applies accordingly in the case of a complaint concerning a service provided electronically.

6.8. The Seller bears contractual liability pursuant to § 471 of the Civil Code as a result of failure to perform or improper performance of an obligation, unless circumstances specified by law arise which exclude such liability.

6.9. Complaints concerning the purchase of insurance are handled by the insurance seller, UNIQUA Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń SA, whose correspondence address is provided on the insurance confirmation.

7. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

7.1. After purchasing the entitlement, but before activating the ski pass, the Consumer may withdraw from the ski pass purchase contract without giving a reason and without incurring any costs. The final deadline for such withdrawal from the contract is the last day of the ski season in which the purchase was made.

7.2. A declaration of withdrawal from the contract may be sent electronically.

7.3. A model declaration of withdrawal from the contract is provided in Appendix 1 to these Terms and Conditions. 7.4. In the event of withdrawal from the contract by the Consumer, the price paid by the Consumer will be refunded without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, using the same payment method as that used by the Consumer.

7.5. Pursuant to Article 38(12) of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside business premises or at a distance does not apply to the Consumer with regard to contracts for: the provision of accommodation services other than for residential purposes; the carriage of goods; car rental; catering; services related to leisure, entertainment, sporting or cultural events, if the contract specifies a day or period for the provision of the service.

8. TYPES AND SCOPE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

9.2. Personal data obtained in connection with the distance contract concluded and during its performance and as part of electronic services provided via the online sales website are processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) of RODO for the following purposes:

a) Concluding a distance contract (including a contract with specific content); performing the contract (including verifying the data of the person authorised to use the given service); operating the account and resolving technical issues; contacting the customer in connection with their offer or performance of the contract; using the website’s functions (Article 6(1)(b) of RODO);

9.3. Customers’ personal data are processed with appropriate security measures that meet the requirements of Polish law, including the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation; hereinafter referred to in this document as: “RODO”), including the principles arising from Article 5 of RODO, i.e. the principles of fairness and transparency, purpose limitation, lawfulness, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality.

9.6. The service provider appropriately distinguishes and marks the personal data whose provision is necessary in view of the nature of the contract with specific content or the manner of its performance. In view of the nature of the contract being concluded, under which the skipass ordered is intended for a person other than the person who completed the form, data concerning such person, limited to their date of birth and first name and surname, may only originate from the person who completed the form in the sales panel (in such a case, the service provider does not have any other data concerning such person, including their contact details). Refusal to provide the above-mentioned data in the manner specified above will result in the service provider refusing to provide the service in question or being unable to effectively offer the conclusion of a distance contract with specific content. Otherwise, failure to provide the data (or individual items of data) may hinder or prevent the proper functioning of other functions or services available on the website. The provision of personal data by the customer is voluntary, but to the extent specified in the preceding sentence, it is necessary for the performance of the contract.

9.7. Personal data shall not be stored for longer than is necessary for the above-mentioned purposes – including the proper operation of the controller’s activities, taking into account the limitation period for claims and the period justified by the need to maintain accounting records in accordance with the provisions of law that oblige the controller to retain documents (taking into account the limitation period for tax obligations), while also observing the principle of accountability.

b) that where processing is based on a declaration of consent (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a)) – the person who has given such consent has the right to withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal

c) that at the end of the retention period – in accordance with the law – the personal data will be erased;

9.9. The service provider further informs the data subject that the website may contain external links enabling direct access to other websites (or logging in to a website), or that, while using this website, cookies from other entities, in particular suppliers such as Facebook and Instagram, may additionally be placed on the user’s device in order to enable the use of website functions integrated with those websites. Each of these suppliers determines the rules for using cookies in its privacy policy, and the controller informs you that it has no influence over the privacy policies or use of cookies by these suppliers. For security reasons, it is recommended that each customer read the rules concerning the privacy and use of cookies of such entities before using the functions/resources offered by other websites or services, if they have been made available, or, if they have not been made available, contact the controller of such websites or services in order to obtain information in this regard.

9.10. The joint data controllers do not make decisions by automated means within the meaning of the GDPR.

9.11. The joint data controllers have established a joint contact point that may be contacted regarding data protection matters related to skipasses at the following e-mail address: tatrysuperski@gmail.com.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS

10.1. Recognition of individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions as invalid or ineffective in the manner prescribed by law shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions. In place of the invalid provision, the rule that most closely reflects the purpose of the invalid provision and of these Terms and Conditions as a whole shall apply.

10.2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions – insofar as legally possible with regard to the consumer – the provisions applicable in the territory of the Republic of Poland shall apply, in particular the Civil Code, the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services, the Consumer Rights Act and the GDPR.

10.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend and supplement the Terms and Conditions under the conditions set out in the following sentences. Amendments and supplements to the Terms and Conditions shall take effect upon their express announcement and publication on the website tatrysuperski.pl. Contracts concluded before the amendment of the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the previous Terms and Conditions (in each case, those in force at the time the relevant contract was concluded) – an amendment to the Terms and Conditions will therefore not affect contracts concluded earlier, before such amendment.

10.4. Any disputes between the Seller and a person who is not a consumer, arising from services provided by the Seller/contracts concluded between these entities (including cases of withdrawal from the contract), shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.

10.5. In the event of consumer disputes, it is possible to use out-of-court procedures for handling complaints and pursuing claims. In such a situation, the consumer may request the intervention of a public ombudsman or use mediation (provided that the Seller agrees to such mediation). Access to these procedures is described in the Code of Civil Procedure and the Act on Competition and Consumer Protection. Details of the manner and procedure for out-of-court dispute resolution can also be found on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection at: http://www.uokik.gov.pl/spory_konsumenckie.php. The Seller also informs that the EU online dispute resolution platform for disputes between consumers and traders (the ODR platform) is available at the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr – in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013.

2) The Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the SKIPAS at the Ski Resorts. A condition for using the SKIPAS is ownership of a Medium on which the SKIPAS will be recorded.

3) An activated SKIPAS entitles the holder to use the available and active lifts and cable cars during the opening hours of the individual Ski Resorts, based on the terms and conditions set out in this document. The opening hours of individual lifts and cable cars vary and may change during the season. The start and end dates of the winter season may differ at individual ski resorts due to weather conditions. Information about the current opening hours of the individual Ski Resorts can also be found on the websites of these resorts.

4) Information about the lifts and cable cars currently available at the Ski Resorts on a given day can be found on the information board at the Ski Resorts or on the Ski Resorts’ websites.

5) If you change the place where you use the SKIPAS (compared to the place where it was purchased at the ticket office), the person authorised to use the skipas should first check information about the availability and opening hours of the ski lifts and cable cars at the Ski Resort they intend to visit. It is also recommended that they take into account the SKIPAS validity period, the time needed to reach the Ski Resort and the time required to prepare to enter the slope. The Ski Resorts stipulate that the availability of individual slopes or cable cars and lifts at the Ski Resorts may be temporarily limited or closed due to poor conditions, the organisation of ski competitions, events or training sessions organised for ski groups. Temporary access restriction – in this case, participants in competitions or organised ski groups have priority when using cable transport facilities.

6) The Terms and Conditions apply to all types of SKIPAS.

VII. USING SKIDATA GATES

1) The Medium must be inserted into a pocket on the left side of the clothing - either into the left breast pocket or on the left shoulder.

2) Objects that may interfere with the reading of the Medium (e.g. a mobile phone other than the Medium, i.e. one not intended for use with the “key2ski” application, car keys, debit and credit cards, etc.) must be placed on the right side of the clothing.

3) When using the gates, you must carry only one Medium (failure to comply with this provision may result in the SKIPAS stored on another Medium being started/activated). The Ski Resorts shall not be liable for any consequences arising from failure to comply with the obligation set out in the preceding sentence.

4) A distance of at least one metre must be maintained within the gate antenna’s range so that the gate does not read the relevant SKIPAS twice, i.e. so that the next person in line can use their SKIPAS without interference.

5) Confirmation of authorisation to pass through the gate and the reading of the Medium are indicated by the relevant message on the reader display and by a green light on the gate.

6) The illumination of the red signal light on the gate means that passage through the gate is prohibited.

7) After passing through the gate, a temporary SKIPAS block is activated automatically, preventing other persons from using the same SKIPAS - in order to prevent unauthorised persons from using it.

8) The person using the SKIPAS is obliged to pay attention to the sound signals and messages displayed on the gate reader screen and to follow the instructions arising from these signals and messages.

9) Use of the SKIPAS by an unauthorised person (e.g. a person not eligible for the discount) may result in the SKIPAS being blocked.

VIII. COMPLAINTS AND RETURN OF GOODS

1) A proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or a printed confirmation from the ticket machine is required to make a complaint.

2) Complaints concerning an SKIPAS shall be submitted to the customer service centre of a Ski Resort belonging to the TATRY SUPER SKI system.

3) Complaints will be handled in accordance with the law. The Ski Resort will respond to a complaint no later than 30 days from the date of its receipt.

4) To obtain a refund in connection with an accident for which the Ski Resort is not responsible, it is necessary to submit a copy of the accident report issued by an authorised ski patrol service.

5) If the claim is justified under the law, a refund for unused SKIPASSES will be provided on a pro-rata basis in relation to the SKIPASS validity period. With your consent, the amount of compensation may be exchanged for a time-limited entitlement corresponding to the period that was not used due to circumstances for which the Ski Resort is responsible, and which may be used during the ongoing winter season exclusively at this Ski Resort (Accident Entitlement). Ski Resorts shall not be liable for interruptions to the operation of ski lifts and Slopes caused by force majeure or decisions of state and local authorities.

6) The deposit may be refunded at any cash desk and at self-service card return machines located in Ski Resorts, as well as at authorised points of sale.

7) The Ski Resort shall not be liable for damage caused by force majeure, administrative decisions of state administration or local government authorities, natural forces, weather conditions, the fault of the injured party or a third party, including circumstances resulting in a power outage at the Ski Resort through no fault of its own, lasting continuously for less than one hour, or for any inconvenience arising therefrom, the occurrence of which was not dependent on the actions or negligence of the Ski Resort.

8) In addition, interruptions to the operation of individual lifts or cable cars may be caused by the need to take measures to ensure their proper and safe use or by factors beyond the Ski Resort’s control (e.g. weather conditions in which the use of a particular type of equipment may be dangerous for users).

9) Under favourable conditions, the services of Ski Resorts can generally be used until 30 April 2026, i.e. within the opening hours of one of the Ski Resorts belonging to Tatry Super Ski, except where the use of the SKIPASS would be difficult or dangerous for the authorised person’s equipment and health due to insufficient snow depth or snow cover conditions caused by adverse weather conditions (precipitation and excessively high temperatures making snowmaking on the Slopes impossible).

10) After purchasing the SKIPASS but before its activation, the Consumer may withdraw from the SKIPASS purchase agreement without giving a reason and without incurring any costs. The final deadline for such withdrawal is the last day of the ski season in which the purchase was made. Withdrawal from the agreement shall take place at the cash desk of any Ski Resort in the country where the purchase was made.

11) Refund of group ski passes:

a) in the case of an unactivated SKIPASS, the price paid at the time of purchase shall be refunded, provided that the refund of the SKIPASS does not result in the loss of the group discount specified in point VII 4. of these Terms and Conditions

b) if the refund of the SKIPASS results in the loss of the group discount due to a reduction in the group size pursuant to point VII 4., individual group ski passes may be refunded provided that the value of the discount for each ski pass purchased as part of the group is paid back,

c) in the case of an activated SKIPASS returned due to an accident on the Slopes, as specified in point XI 4 and under the conditions set out therein, the price paid for the ski pass shall be refunded regardless of the number of other participants in the group, but proportionally to the unused period of the SKIPASS. In this situation, point XI. 11. b. shall not apply.

d) The only person authorised to purchase group ski passes and obtain a refund for them is the group leader.

12) SKIPASSES other than those specified in these Terms and Conditions and recorded on a medium bearing the designation TATRY SUPER SKI may only be used at the Ski Resort where they were purchased.

IX. CONTROL AND CONSEQUENCES OF BREACHING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) The SKIDATA electronic system, which is used to process payments and carry out checks at Ski Resorts and Thermal Baths, enables SKIPASS users to be verified. When passing through the gates, photographs of the SKIPASS user are recorded exclusively for the purpose of checking eligibility and preventing the SKIPASS from being used by an unauthorised person, which constitutes a legitimate interest of the Ski Resort or Thermal Bath. These images will be deleted within 31 days of the expiry of the Entitlement.

2) In the event of an attempt to use a cable car or ski lift at Ski Resorts or Thermal Baths in breach of the Terms and Conditions without the relevant entitlement, or in the event of the SKIPASS being used by an unauthorised person, the possibility of further use of the SKIPASS will be blocked. The SKIPASS must be presented at the request of staff or inspection authorities in order to verify the entitlement. Refusal to provide proof will result in the blocking of further use of the SKIPASS.

3) Persons who disturb public order or whose conduct violates the rules of the Ski Resort or Thermal Bath or generally accepted standards of behaviour will be expelled from the Ski Resort or Thermal Bath or detained in accordance with applicable legal provisions by security personnel for the purpose of immediately handing them over to the police. In cases stipulated by law, security personnel have the right to use direct coercive measures within the limits of the law to ensure safety.

X. PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (“GDPR”), the data collected in connection with SKIPAS are processed by the Ski Resorts described at the beginning of the Terms and Conditions, which are joint controllers of this data. Personal data collected in connection with the contract and during its performance are processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) of the GDPR for the following purposes: performance of the contract and obligations stipulated by law (including the processing of complaints); ensuring the safety and protection of life and health (including reporting an accident to the rescue service); checking and verifying entitlements – preventing fraud (including reporting such cases to the police or prosecutor’s office). The data are retained for a period not exceeding the limitation period for claims. The data subject has the right to: request access to their personal data from the joint controllers; request the rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data; object to the processing; request data portability – unless these rights are restricted by the provisions of the GDPR; and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection). Providing personal data is voluntary; however, in the event of a complaint/request for a refund of unused entitlements, it is necessary for the proper processing of the customer’s request and verification of their entitlement. The joint controllers do not make decisions by automated means within the meaning of the GDPR. The joint controllers have established a joint contact point, which may be contacted regarding data protection matters relating to SKIPAS at the following email address: kontakt@tatrysuperski.pl

We reserve the right to change the prices and these Terms and Conditions, provided that any change to the Terms and Conditions (including a change in prices) applies only to new customers and does not apply to persons who have already entered into a contract (purchased SKIPAS).

The Terms and Conditions are effective as of 27 November 2025.
