Rules of Behaviour in the Bikepark

1. ENTRY ONTO THE TRACK AND STANDING START
Before the entry onto the track, cyclist is obliged to become thoroughly familiar with the track and obstacles in order to assess his abilities to handle his bicycle ride on the track. Cyclist, who entered the cycling track, then stopped, and wants to go on with his ride, is obliged to make sure he does not endanger himself or another cyclist.

2. CHOOSSING THE DIRECTION OF THE RIDE IN THE BIKE PARK
The cycling tracks are one-way – start – end; cyclists must respect the direction of the ride marked with track signs.

3. SAFETY OF THE CYCLING EQUIPMENT
Cyclist can use the cycling equipment of only such a condition in which the producer ensures the safety when using the product. It is necessary to use a helmet, gloves, elbow, knee, spine, and chest protectors.

4. SPEED AND WAY OF THE RIDE
Cyclist riding on the bike park tracks must know what happens in front of him. He must regulate the speed in conformity with his abilities and possibilities, the track condition and particular obstacles.

5. CONSIDERATION FOR OTHER PERSONS IN THE BIKE PARK
Everybody on the cycling track is obliged to behave in such a way that he does not endanger health and life or does not cause damage to himself or others. Cyclist coming behind another one must not endanger the cyclist riding in front of him, must keep a sufficient distance in order to provide the cyclist in front of him with free space for his ride. The minimum distance between cyclists on the track must be 30 m.

6. OVERTAKING
Overtaking is prohibited on the cycling track and cyclist must ride the direction that he is intended.

7. FOLLOWING OF SIGNS
Cyclist is obliged to follow signs on the cycling track.

8. PROVISION OF AID
In case of an injury on the cycling track, cyclist is obliged to provide the aid and notify the park personnel of the injury. The reporting place is the lower cable car station and info centre.

9. NOTICE
Cyclist rides in the bike park on his own responsibility. Cyclists up to the age of 18 can ride in the bike park only with a written parent´s or legal representative´s approval. Cyclists up to the age of 15 can ride in the bike park only accompanied by parent or legal representative. Riding in bike park as well as the entry into the bike park are prohibited in out of service hours and without a bought ticket. Visitors are allowed to enter the bike park only with permission of the bike park personnel. The bike park operator has a competence to prohibit the ride in the bike park to cyclist who does not comply with the Rules of Behaviour in the bike park.

10. PROHIBITIONS IN THE BIKE PARK
Doing of any other activity apart from riding the bicycle is prohibited. Dismantling, modification, or destruction of the track, obstacles and track signs is prohibited. Children are prohibited to enter when not accompanied by a responsible person. Riding the bicycle under the influence of alcohol drinks or narcotics is prohibited. Smoking and entry with free flame are prohibited. Use of glass objects is prohibited. Pushing the bicycle against the direction of the ride is prohibited. Entry of pedestrians is prohibited. With buying of the ticket and entry into the bike park area, visitor undertakes to comply with the Rules of Behaviour in the cycling park and is aware of riding on his own responsibility and at his own risk. The operator does not take over the responsibility for the damage caused to things, health or lives of bike park visitors.
