- A walking trip to the ridge combined with a visit to the Treetop Walk takes about 3 to 4 hours. If you use the cable car, the whole trip can be done in 1.5 to 2 hours.

- Yes, at a discounted price, including the return cable car ride.
- They can also be purchased at the ticket offices, in the machine in the pedestrian zone, or at the entrance to the Treetop Walk.

- Tickets do not sell out; they are sold continuously according to opening hours and operating rules.
- If you walk up, please allow enough time for the hike + parking + ticket purchase – it is better to arrive earlier.

- The price list includes age-based fares and discounts for children, seniors and families. We only accept disability cards with companion entitlement – the disabled visitor receives a discount and the accompanying person gets a free ticket after presenting the card. Discounts cannot be combined. Gopass, ISIC and ITIC are not accepted.

- The ATM is located in Bachledova Valley near the lower station of the Bachledka gondola, before the parking barriers.

- Yes – the cable car from Bachledova Valley also transports strollers. Walking up with a stroller is not suitable (2.6 km forest path). We also provide stroller rental at the entrance to the Treetop Walk for a deposit.

- The route from Bachledova Valley is 2.6 km, elevation gain 300 m, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Children from around 4 years old can usually manage it with breaks. Please keep in mind the weather can change quickly.

- Yes – all parts of the Treetop Walk are secured. Railings, obstacles and other elements are protected with metal mesh.

- Winter: the cable car from Jezersko is for skiers and snowboarders only – pedestrian access is strictly forbidden.

- There is a discount for seniors and for disabled visitors with companion entitlement.

- The capacity of the Treetop Walk itself is not limited – the key factor is usually parking and whether you can still make the last ticket sale or last entry time.

- It depends on the day, time and weather. The busiest period is usually 10:00–14:00, especially during holidays, weekends and public holidays.
