This year’s novelty is the opening of the original 15-meter-high lookout tower in the Bachledka Forest Kingdom on the ridge of Spišská Magura, called “Royal Lookout Tower”. From this majestic tower, you will enjoy an exceptional view of the treetops, the ridge of Spišská Magura, the Belianske Tatras, and even the Pieniny Mountains. Additionally, the tower will serve as a new attraction with educational elements as part of one of the largest forest playgrounds in Slovakia. Both children and adults will experience the forest from a completely new perspective.
The Bachledka Forest Kingdom is a popular natural fun and educational playground surrounded by a forest, covering almost 5,000 m² with more than 26 attractions. It offers unforgettable moments for the whole family. A mega trampoline, the Fortress of the Dragon Order Knights, a maze, and many other attractions await young and old explorers alike. Throughout the summer, the resort features animation programs and joyful entertainment with mascots.
Adrenaline enthusiasts will love the mountain carts, which take you on a 2.5 km long route through forest bends and steep slopes at speeds of up to 40 km/h. If you’re looking for something new and exciting, take a trip to Bachledka!
If you prefer a more relaxed pace, take the cable car to the ridge, go for a hike, or enjoy cycling on marked trails around the resort, totaling up to 130 km. All of this comes with breathtaking panoramic views of the Belianske Tatras massif, the Three Crowns, and the surrounding valleys. There are also 10 charging stations for electric bikes, built to save the legs of many cyclists.
The well-known Treetop Walkway remains the symbol of summer in Bachledka! A walk at a height of up to 24 meters above the ground, ending at a 32-meter-high tower with an adrenaline-pumping net and Slovakia’s longest dry slide at 67 meters, is an attraction for all ages. A summer program full of laughter and joy will take place near the walkway.
Gourmets will also be delighted. The PANORAMA restaurant with a large sunny terrace, hidden under a green roof and equipped with baby-friendly standards, offers amazing meals with panoramic views of the Belianske Tatras. Traditional cuisine, homemade pasta, soups, cakes, fresh salads, and local beer are all on the menu. In the restaurant building, you will also find a café and a souvenir shop. Besides delicious food, you can also taste regional products in Bachledka, including Mountain Honey from Bachledka, collected by diligent bees right on the slopes of the Tatra and Pieniny National Parks!
