Mountain biking enthusiasts, listen up! The Bike Challenge BACHLEDKA is coming – a unique cycling event that will test your fitness, skills, and determination. Get ready for a ride that showcases the very best of the Spišská Magura and the Belianske Tatras – from the saddle of your bike.
For amateurs and pros alike
The Bike Challenge is open to everyone – from passionate hobby cyclists to experienced racers. The competition follows the cross-country (XC) – Point to Point format, with two route options: 16 km – ideal for less experienced or younger riders 43 km – a challenge for those who aren’t afraid of longer technical sections and steep climbs
The trails run through stunning and varied terrain. Forest roads, mountain paths, dynamic descents, and technical climbs – all come together to create the perfect mix of adrenaline and natural beauty.
Family-friendly atmosphere and rich program
The event is about more than just racing – kids’ races, mascots Emil and Gorgy, a fun family-friendly program, refreshments, and a lively afterparty with a DJ will create an atmosphere everyone will enjoy – no matter the age or performance level.
Compete in style
This year, we’ll award winners in 22 categories, with total prize money of €1,000 for the overall champions. In addition to great prizes, participants can look forward to an unforgettable experience in the heart of nature.

Mini: 200 m balance bikes (girls / boys) – birth years 2020 – 2022
Small Children: 800 m – 1000 m (girls / boys) – birth years 2018 – 2019
Younger Pupils: 1.7 km – 2.5 km (girls / boys) – birth years 2014 – 2017
Older Pupils: 2.7 km – 3 km (girls / boys) – birth years 2010 – 2013
MTB 16 km & 43 km Categories – Adults:
Ages 15 to 29 (men / women)
