Sports Day at Bachledka: Movement, adrenaline, and fun with Attila Végh

Get ready for a day full of movement, sports, and great atmosphere in the heart of nature – on July 19th right below the Treetop Walk! In the summer season of 2025, the family mountain resort Bachledka will once again host Sports Day, offering a rich program for the whole family. This year again, the face of the event will be the well-known MMA fighter Attila Végh, who will provide not only motivation but also a serious dose of adrenaline.
The program starts in the morning
In the morning, visitors can look forward to a strength training session with Attila, joined by other well-known OFA fighters Karol Ryšavý and Vlasto Čepo. There will also be a live stage interview with the athletes, who will share their sports experiences and achievements.
A full day of activities and sports challenges is prepared for all visitors. From early morning, children and adults can enjoy:
• Family warm-up with Natália Végh, who will get everyone moving in a fun way
• Strength training with Attila Végh – a true physical challenge
• All-day access to the popular JAMES climbing wall
• A cycling zone with activities for both young and old
• An endurance challenge – uphill running
• Straw challenge – an obstacle run with time tracking
• Modern sports archery with professional guidance
• Historical fencing and medieval equipment with the Sarus Prešov Fencing Association
• Laser biathlon
•Entertaining Goral-style activities
All-day activity and prize raffle for children
Throughout the day, children can participate in a fun all-day activity – at each sports station, they will receive a stamp on their raffle ticket after completing the challenge. At the end of the day, a raffle will be held for valuable prizes that are sure to delight every little athlete. To enter the raffle, participants must complete at least 3 activities.
Football tournament, Attila as a gladiator, and the belt challenge
The highlight of the morning will be the official opening of the football tournament at 10:00 AM, kicked off by Attila as a true gladiator. The tournament will feature high-energy, competitive matches full of sports spirit.
For football fans, we’ve prepared a Mini Football Tournament taking place from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Sixteen teams (5 to 7 players, minimum age 10) will compete. Registration is available online at my.raceresult.com.
Football Tournament Format
• Randomly drawn teams compete in a knockout bracket
• After the first matches, losing teams are eliminated, and only the winners advance
• The tournament begins with the Round of 16
• Followed by quarterfinals, semifinals, and the final match
• The winning team of the tournament will face Attila Végh’s All-Star Team, composed of well-known names from the Slovak MMA scene, including Vlasto “El Chapo” Čepo and Karol “Bomby” Ryšavý
The tournament winners will receive valuable prizes.
Mini Football Tournament Schedule
• 9:30 AM – Team draw and bracket announcement
• 10:00 AM – Tournament start
• 4:00 PM – Estimated end of matches
• After the final match with Attila Végh – tournament results announcement
The tournament final will bring a thrilling fight for the traveling champion’s belt, awarded to the winning team.
This tournament is a unique opportunity to showcase your football skills and play against professional athletes.
Running Challenge Format
• Runners can compete in two disciplines: “Uphill Sprint” – timed, and “Obstacle Run” – timed
• Each participant may run a maximum of 10 timed runs
• Times can be improved throughout the day, with preliminary results displayed on a screen near the stage
• Categories: Adults (16–99 yrs), Youth (10–16 yrs), and Children (1–10 yrs)

Winners in each category will receive valuable prizes.
Running Challenge Schedule
• 10:00 AM – Opening of sports areas
• 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM – Competition runs
• After 4:00 PM – Results announcement
Awards, music and farewell
After the football tournament, there will be a summary of the day’s activities, prize presentations, and a thank-you to all participants. A DJ will ensure a great vibe until the evening, and the Sports Day will officially end at 6:00 PM.
