Is the combined package transferable between people?
No. It is tied to a specific visitor (according to the package terms).
Do I have to use the AquaCity entry on the same day as skiing?
No. The entry is valid for one day, and you can choose any day during your stay — either during the validity of your skipass or the day after it ends. We recommend scheduling it after a more demanding ski day.
Is the package suitable for families with children?
Yes. The flexibility of choosing slopes + the water attractions at AquaCity are ideal for families. In Ždiar you’ll find family rooms and apartments.
What if the weather is bad?

- One-day and multi-day tickets (except 3/5 and 5/7 days) are valid only on consecutive days.
- The “DZD” skipass (Child with Adult) is a package of identical, inseparable entitlements: one for an adult accompanying a child and the other for the child (principle: one adult accompanying a child — one child). The price of this skipass equals the standard skipass price plus €2 per day for each day covered by the pass. After a child turns 5 (the 5th birthday is the first day from which the user is no longer entitled to the discount), the child is no longer eligible to use the “DZD” skipass.
- The TATRY SUPER SKI discounted skipass, according to the price list on www.tatrysuperski.pl, is intended for children and youth up to 16 years (the 16th birthday is the first day from which the user is no longer entitled to the discount) and for seniors over 65 years (the 65th birthday is the first day from which the user becomes entitled to the discount). Discounted TATRY SUPER SKI skipasses are issued upon presentation of a document confirming the age and identity of the eligible user, verified on the day of purchase. The discount user is obliged to prove they meet the conditions for the specific discount.
- Seniors who have completed 75 years of age are entitled, upon presentation of a document confirming age and identity, to a full-day TATRY SUPER SKI skipass at €4 per day for each day covered by the pass.
- Groups of 20 or more people receive a 10% discount on TATRY SUPER SKI skipasses. When buying skipasses with a group discount, one person per 21 people receives a full-day skipass for €2 per day for each day covered by the purchased skipass, and the other members of the group receive 10% off the list price. Each group must have a group leader who represents the entire group. Only the group leader purchases the group ticket and handles any complaints regarding group tickets.
- Discounts cannot be combined.
- Use of a TATRY SUPER SKI skipass by an unauthorized person (e.g., someone not eligible for the discount) may result in the right to use the skipass being blocked. A local skipass cannot be used to exercise rights arising from a TATRY SUPER SKI skipass.
